आभा कार्ड क्या है? (What is ABHA Card?) ABHA Card का पूरा नाम Ayushman Bharat Health Account है. (ABHA Full Form) ये एक तरह का health account है जिसे Ayushman Bharat Yojana के तहत शुरू किया जाता है.
इसमें आपका Health Account बनाकर आपको ABHA Health Card दिया जाता है जो अस्पताल में या किसी क्लिनिक में इलाज (ABHA Card Benefits) के दौरान काम में आता है.
आभा कार्ड आयुष्मान कार्ड की तरह नहीं है. दोनों में काफी ज्यादा अंतर है. आभा कार्ड आयुष्मान योजना के तहत बनाए जा रहे हैं लेकिन दोनों कार्ड का काम अलग-अलग है.
आभा कार्ड में इलाज के दौरान आपको जो भी दवाइयां दी जाती हैं, जो भी जांचे की जाती है उन सभी का रिकॉर्ड सेव किया जाता है. इसमें आपको 14 अंकों का Health ID Number मिलता है.
जब आप अगली बार डॉक्टर के पास जाते हैं तो वो इस Health Account Number के जरिए आपकी पूरी मेडिकल हिस्ट्री देखकर जल्द से जल्द इलाज शुरू कर देता है.
इस कार्ड को बनवाने के लिए आपको ABHA Card Registration करवाना होता है. तब जाकर ही आप इसका लाभ उठा सकते हैं.
कौन बनवा सकता है आभा कार्ड? (Who is eligible for ABHA Card?) आभा कार्ड भारत का हर नागरिक बनवा सकता है. वैसे ये सभी को बनवाना भी चाहिए क्योंकि इस अकाउंट पर आपकी सारी मेडिकल हिस्ट्री सेव हो जाती है.

आभा कार्ड कैसे बनवाएं? (ABHA Health Card Registration Process) ABHA Health Card Registration आप चाहे तो घर बैठे अपने मोबाईल या लैपटॉप से कर सकते हैं या फिर नजदीकी CSC Center पर जाकर उनसे करवा सकते हैं. ABHA Health Card Registration Process काफी आसान है. नीचे दिए गए स्टेप्स को फॉलो करके आप अपना ABHA Health Card बना सकते हैं.
– सबसे पहले Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission की वेबसाइट पर जाएं.
– यहां पर आपको Create ABHA Number का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा उस पर क्लिक करें.
– ABHA Number Create करने के लिए दो ऑप्शन दिखाई देंगे. उनमें से अपने हिसाब से किसी एक का चयन करें.
– दोनों ऑप्शन में से आप Using Aadhaar वाला ऑप्शन चुनें क्योंकि आधार कार्ड भारत में सभी के पास है.
– आगे अपना Aadhaar Number Fill करके सबमिट करें.
– इसके बाद आपके रजिस्टर्ड मोबाईल नंबर पर एक OTP आएगा उसे यहां फिल करें.
– इसके बाद आपके सामने ABHA Card Registration Form आ जाएगा. इस फॉर्म को पढ़कर अच्छी तरह फिल करें.
– इसमें मांगे गए दस्तावेज और अपनी फ़ोटो को अपलोड करें.
– सारा फॉर्म एक बार अच्छे से चेक करें और Submit कर दें.
– आपका ABHA Card बन जाएगा. आप यहीं से ABHA Card Download कर सकते हैं.
– इसके बाद आप इसे प्रिन्ट देकर कार्ड बनवा सकते हैं.
