नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट क्या होता है? (What is Nursing Assistant?)
नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट को जनरल ड्यूटी असिस्टेंट (General Duty Assistant) भी कहा जाता है. आमतौर पर ये वो व्यक्ति होते हैं जिन्हें एक नर्स की सहायता के लिए पदस्थ किया जाता है. इस कोर्स में आपको नर्सिंग प्रक्रियाओं, स्टोर किपिंग, कार्डिएक केयर, जैव चिकित्सा जैसी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी दी जाती है. कुलमिलाकर जो काम एक नर्स करती है आपको उसी काम को करने में उसकी सहायता करनी होती है.
नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट बनने के लिए योग्यता (Eligibility for Nursing Assistant)
नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट एक ऐसा करियर है जिसे आप बहुत ही कम उम्र में शुरू कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए आपको DNCA कोर्स करना होता है. DNCA का पूरा नाम (DNCA Full form) Diploma in Nursing Care assistant होता है. इस कोर्स को आप 10वी पास करने के बाद कर सकते हैं.
DNCA में एडमिशन कैसे पाएं? (How to take admission in DNCA or Nursing Assistant course?) DNCA में एडमिशन मुख्यतः दो तरीके से होते हैं. एडमिशन से पहले आपका दसवी पास करना जरूरी है. इसके बाद आपको अपने इलाके के या जिस भी नर्सिंग कॉलेज में आप एडमिशन लेना चाहते हैं वहाँ एडमिशन के लिए अप्लाई करना है.
कॉलेज में एडमिशन की दो प्रक्रियाएँ हैं. या तो आपका एडमिशन मेरिट बेस पर होगा यानि आपके साथ जिन लोगों ने अप्लाई किया है उनके दसवी के मार्क्स के आधार पर एक लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी और जितनी सीट वहाँ होंगी उसके हिसाब से ज्यादा अंक वालों को एडमिशन दे दिया जाएगा. इसके अलावा कई कॉलेज डायरेक्ट एडमिशन देते हैं. यानि आप वहाँ गए एडमिशन के लिए अप्लाई किया और आपका एडमिशन हो गया.
DNCA नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट कोर्स फीस (DNCA or Nursing Assistant course fees)
ये एक डिप्लोमा कोर्स है अगर आप इसे करने में आपकी ज्यादा फीस नहीं लगती है लेकिन अगर आप सरकारी नर्सिंग कॉलेज में एडमिशन लेते हैं तो आप काफी कम फीस में इस कोर्स को कर सकते हैं और अगर आप प्राइवेट नर्सिंग कॉलेज से इस कोर्स को करते हैं तो आपकी फीस थोड़ी ज्यादा लगेगी. इन्टरनेट से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक सरकारी कॉलेज में इसकी फीस कम से कम 1500 रुपये और ज्यादा से ज्यादा 35 हजार रुपये हो सकती है. वहीं प्राइवेट नर्सिंग कॉलेज की फीस कम से कम 45,000 और ज्यादा से ज्यादा 1.5 लाख रुपये हो सकती है.
नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट कोर्स सिलेबस (Nursing Assistant Course Syllabus)
ये पूरा कोर्स एक डिप्लोमा कोर्स है और इस कोर्स की अवधि दो साल की है. इन दो साल में आपके 4 सेमेस्टर होते हैं जिनका सिलेबस आपको नीचे बताया जा रहा है.

नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट के लिए जॉब (Job for Nursing Assistant)
इस कोर्स को करने के बाद आपको जॉब के लिए ज्यादा नहीं भटकना पड़ता है क्योंकि शहरों में काफी सारे हॉस्पिटल होते हैं. हर हॉस्पिटल को अच्छी नर्सों की जरूरत होती है. इस कोर्स को करने के बाद आप प्राइवेट और सरकारी हॉस्पिटल में, नर्सिंग होम मे, एनजीओ में, हेल्थकेयर सिस्टम क्लीनिक में और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में नौकरी पा सकते हैं.
