GST का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारत में कर प्रणाली को सामान्य और सरल बनाना है, जिससे व्यवसाय करने वालों को अधिक सुविधा मिले और अर्थव्यवस्था को स्थिरता मिले।

GST Registration किसके लिए जरूरी है? (Who can apply for gst registration?)
GST के अंतर्गत हर उस कारोबारी को रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना है जिनके बिजनेस GST के दायरे में आते हैं. मुख्यतः GST के दायरे में हर वो कारोबारी आता है जिसका सालाना टर्नओवर 20 लाख से ज्यादा है. वहीं पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों के लिए ये सीमा 10 लाख तक की है. इसके अलावा वो व्यक्ति जो बिजनेस कर रहा है और उसकी सालना आय इनकम टैक्स के दायरे में आती है उसे भी GST रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना अनिवार्य है.
GST रजिस्ट्रेशन क्यों जरूरी है? (GST registration)
GST रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने से आपको वस्तुओं और सेवाओं के सप्लायर के रूप में कानूनी मान्यता प्राप्त होगी. GST रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने के बाद जब आप कोई माल खरीदेंगे तो उस पर आपको GST देना होगा और जब आप किसी को बेचेंगे तो उस पर आपको GST लेना होगा. इससे आपको GST पर कोई नुकसान नहीं होगा. आपके कस्टमर के जरिये आपका दिया हुआ GST एडजस्ट हो जाएगा.
GST Registration कैसे करवाएँ? (How to do gst registration?)
GST registration करवाने के लिए आपको कहीं जाने की जरूरत नहीं है. आप अपने घर पर ही इंटरनेट और कम्प्युटर या मोबाइल के जरिये GST registration online कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए आपको GST की websitet (www.gst.gov.in) पर जाना होगा और GST registration form fill करना होगा.
GST रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने का तरीका? (GST registration form fill process)
– सबसे पहले GST website (https://www.gst.gov.in/) पर जाएँ. – इसके होमपेज पर Service नाम का ऑप्शन दिखेगा और service में आपको Registration दिखेगा. Registration पर क्लिक करें. – Registration के अंदर आपको New registration का ऑप्शन दिखेगा उस पर क्लिक करें. – इसके बाद आपके सामने एक form आएगा जिसमें मांगी गई जानकारी आपको भरना है. – पहला form भरने के बाद आपने जो मोबाइल नंबर दिया है उस पर एक verification code आएगा आपको उसे एंटर करना है. – OTP एंटर करने के बाद आपके मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी पर Application Reference Number-ARN आएगा. इसे नोट करके रखें क्योंकि ये आगे form में आपको डालना पड़ेगा. – अब आपके सामने एक नया form आएगा जिसमें आपकी पहचान और बिजनेस से संबन्धित जानकारी मांगी जाएगी. इसमें आपसे डॉकयुमेंट की कॉपी भी मांगी जाएगी. – यहाँ आपने जितनी जानकारी दी है उसके अलावा यदि कुछ जानकारी मांगी जाती है तो इसी पोर्टल पर आपके लिए GST REG-03 फॉर्म जारी किया जाएगा इस पर आप 7 दिनों के अंदर जानकारी fill कर सकते हैं. – GST के सारे form भरने के 3 दिनों के अंदर आपको GST certificate जारी किया जाता है.
जीएसटी रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए जरूरी डॉकयुमेंट (GST registration document)
जीएसटी फॉर्म भरते वक़्त आपको कुछ जरूरी डॉकयुमेंट की कॉपी भी सबमिट करना होती है. जीएसटी फॉर्म भरने से पहले इन्हें अपने पास रखें. – जीएसटी रजिस्ट्रेशन जिसके नाम पर हो रहा है उनके फोटो. – पार्टनरशिप डीड (Partnership deed), पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र (Registration Certificate) या संविधान के अन्य सबूत (Other Proof of Constitution) – व्यापार के जगह का सबूत – बैंक खाते से संबन्धित सबूत – प्राधिकरण फॉर्म
जीएसटी रजिस्ट्रेशन की फीस (GST registration fees)
जीएसटी रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने के लिए आपको कुछ फीस भी चुकानी होती है. इस फीस को आप GST Portal पर है ऑनलाइन चुका सकते हैं. GST रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए आपको आधार कार्ड से जुड़े OTP और दो डिजिटल सिग्नेचर की जरूरत पड़ती है. इसके लिए आपको 1000 रुपये खर्च करने पड़ते हैं.
