क्रिमिनल लॉयर कैसे बने?
क्रिमिनल लॉयर बनना कोई एक दो साल का काम नहीं है बल्कि ये एक लंबा प्रोसेस है जिसे आप 12वी के बाद फॉलो कर सकते हैं.
– किसी भी विषय के साथ 12वी पास करें. 12वी में कोशिश करें कि आपके मार्क्स 60 प्रतिशत कम से कम हो.
– 12वी पास होने के बाद आप किसी भी विषय के साथ ग्रेजुएशन कर सकते हैं. ग्रेजुएशन तीन साल का होता है.
– अगर आप सीधे वकालत ही करना चाहते हैं तो आप 12वी के बाद सीधे इंटीग्रेटेड कोर्स BA LLB में एडमिशन लें. ये पाँच साल का कोर्स होता है. इस दौरान आप LLB भी कर लेंगे और आपकी ग्रेजुएशन भी हो जाएगी.
– LLB करने के बाद बारी आती है स्पेशलाइजेशन की. इसके लिए आपको LLM करना होता है. LLM दो साल का कोर्स होता है जिसे Masters in Legislative Law कहा जाता है.
– मास्टर्स यानी LLM को आप कुछ खास विषय के साथ कर सकते हैं जिसमें Criminal Law भी होता है. Criminal Law के साथ LLM करके आप Criminal Lawyer बन सकते हैं.
– भारत में वकालत करने के लिए आपको स्टेट बार काउंसिल की परीक्षा देकर सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त करना होता है. इसके क्लियर करके अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन बार काउंसिल में करवाएं और वकालत करना शुरू करें. इसके लिए आप स्टेट बार काउंसिल एग्जाम या ऑल इंडिया बार काउंसिल एग्जाम (AIBE) दे सकते हैं.
– रजिस्ट्रेशन हो जाने के बाद आप एक क्रिमिनल लॉयर के रूप में प्रैक्टिस कर सकते हैं.

क्रिमिनल लॉयर की सैलरी (Criminal Lawyer Salary) क्रिमिनल लॉयर एक ऐसा प्रोफेशन है जिसमें कमाई की कोई सीमा नहीं है. हालांकि शुरुआत में आपको थोड़ा संघर्ष करना पड़ सकता है लेकिन आगे चलकर अनुभव होने पर आपको अच्छा कमाने का अवसर मिलता है.
शुरुआत में आप किसी अनुभवी वकील के जूनियर बने या फिर किसी लॉ फर्म में जूनियर के तौर पर काम करें. शुरुआत में आपकी सैलरी 15 हजार रुपये तक हो सकती है. इसके बाद आपका अनुभव बढ़ने पर आप प्राइवेट फील्ड में ही 50 से 60 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह कमा पाएंगे.
इसमें ऐसा भी जरूरी नहीं है कि आप जीवनभर 50 से 60 हजार रुपये ही कमाएंगे. आपका अनुभव, आपके जीते हुए केस आपकी वैल्यू बढ़ाएंगे और फिर आप अपनी मर्जी से किसी केस को लड़ने के लिए चार्ज ले सकते हैं.
