नोटबंदी के बाद से ही लोगों ने Digital Payment को बढ़ावा दिया है जिस वजह से लोग UPI App जैसे Phonepe, Google pay, Paytm आदि का उपयोग करने लग गए हैं. इन एप्स की वजह से मोबाईल से पेमेंट (UPI App Block) करना तो आसान बन गया है लेकिन साथ ही धोखाधड़ी होने के चांस भी काफी ज्यादा बढ़ गए है.
आज के समय में आपका मोबाईल ही आपकी बैंक बन चुका है. बैंकिंग के लिए लोग Phonepe, Google Pay और Paytm जैसे एप का इस्तेमाल करते हैं लेकिन जरा सोचिए कि यदि आपका फोन चोरी हो जाता है या गम जाता है तो इन एप की मदद से कोई व्यक्ति आपका अकाउंट तक खाली करता है.
कभी भी यदि आपका फोन चोरी होता है या गुम जाता है तो आपको तुरंत ही अपने UPI App को Block करवाना चाहिए (UPI App Block) जिससे कोई दूसरा व्यक्ति आपके UPI apps का इस्तेमाल न कर पाए. UPI App Block करने का प्रोसेस आप स्टेप बाय स्टेप नीचे देख सकते हैं.
Paytm App Block कैसे करें? (How to block Paytm Account?) भारत में काफी सारे स्मार्टफोन यूजर Paytm App का इस्तेमाल करते हैं. ये काफी पुराना और भरोसेमंद एप है. (UPI App Block) नोटबंदी के समय इस एप ने लेनदेन में लोगों की काफी ज्यादा मदद की थी.
अगर आप इस एप का इस्तेमाल करते हैं और आपका फोन खो गया है तो आप इसे फोन के खोने के बाद ब्लॉक करवा सकते हैं.
– इसके लिए सबसे पहले आप Paytm Payment Bank helpline Number 0120-4456-456 पर कॉल करें. – इसमें फोन खोने के ऑप्शन को चुने. – इसके बाद Enter a different number को चुनें और खोया हुआ फोन नंबर टाइप करें. – इसके बाद अपने अकाउंट को सभी डिवाइस से लॉग आउट हो जाने का ऑप्शन चुनें. – अब Paytm Website पर जाकर 24 x 7 पर जाकर Report a Fraud को चुनें. – इसमें अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करें. – शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए आपको अपनी पहचान के लिए एक पहचान प्रमाण पत्र देना होगा जो. – सारी जानकारी देने के बाद Paytm की तरफ से आपको एक Confirmation massage आएगा. आपका अकाउंट अस्थाई रूप से ब्लॉक कर दिया जाएगा.
Google Pay Account Block कैसे करें? (How to block Google Pay Account?) भारत के काफी सारे लोग Google Pay एप का इस्तेमाल भी करते हैं. ये काफी आसान और लोकप्रिय UPI App है. अगर आप इसका इस्तेमाल करते हैं (UPI App Block) और आपका फोन खो जाता है तो आप इसे भी ब्लॉक कर सकते हैं.
– इसके लिए आपको गूगल पे कस्टमर सर्विस के नंबर 18004190157 पर कॉल करना होगा. – यहाँ पर अपने फोन खोने और अकाउंट ब्लॉक करने के बारे में बताएं. – आपकी पहचान के लिए आपसे डेबिट कार्ड की कुछ डिटेल्स ली जाएगी. – इसके बाद आपका अकाउंट ब्लॉक कर दिया जाएगा. – इसके अलावा यदि आप उसी नंबर की सिम दोबारा जल्द से जल्द निकलवा लेते हैं तो आप अपने अकाउंट को दूसरी डिवाइस में भी एक्सेस कर सकते हैं. – ऐसा करने से आपका अकाउंट पहले वाली डिवाइस से अपने आप हट जाएगा.
Phonepe अकाउंट ब्लॉक कैसे करें? (How to block phonepe account?) भारत में तीसरा सर्वाधिक लोकप्रिय UPI App फोनपे है. अगर आपकी डिवाइस मएन ये एप है और वो डिवाइस खो गई है तो आप आसानी से अपने फोनपे अकाउंट को ब्लॉक कर सकते हैं.
– इसके लिए phonepe customer care number 080-68727374 / 022-68727374 पर कॉल करें. – इनसे अपने अकाउंट को बंद करने के बारे में रिक्वेस्ट करें. – ये आपकी पहचान करके आपके अकाउंट को ब्लॉक कर देंगे.
आप इन तीनों के अलावा भी यदि किसी और एप का इस्तेमाल करते हैं तो आप उनके कस्टमर सपोर्ट पर कॉल करके अपने अकाउंट को ब्लॉक करवा सकते हैं. इसे फोन खोने के बाद तुरंत करवा देना चाहिए. नहीं तो आपके अकाउंट से पैसे निकाले जा सकते हैं.
