पैन कार्ड भारत में Financial transaction के लिए एक बहुत जरूरी Document है. बैंक में अकाउंट खुलवाने से लेकर लोन लेने तक हर काम में PAN Card बहुत काम में आता है. भारत में हर व्यक्ति को एक ही PAN Card दिया जाता है जिससे उसके Transaction पर नजर रखी जाती है लेकिन लोग अपनी जानकारी में हेरफेर करके दो या फिर ज्यादा पैन कार्ड बनवा लेते हैं जो कानूनी रूप से सही नहीं है. अगर आप ऐसा करते हैं तो आपको जुर्माना भी देना पड़ सकता है.
दो पैन कार्ड रखने पर जुर्माना (Penalty on Multiple PAN Card) अगर आपके पास दो पैन कार्ड है और वो सरकार की नजरों में आ जाते हैं तो आपको जुर्माना देना पड़ सकता है. Income tax act 1961 की धारा 272 बी के तहत एक से ज्यादा पैन कार्ड रखने और उसे इस्तेमाल करने पर आपको 10 हजार रुपये तक का जुर्माना लग सकता है. अगर आप जुर्माने से बचना चाहते हैं तो आप इसे इस्तेमाल करने से पहले खुद ही सरेंडर कर दें.
पैन कार्ड कैसे सरेंडर करें? (How to surrender PAN Card online?) अगर आपके पास Multiple PAN Card है तो आपको उसे खुद ही सरेंडर (PAN Card Surrender hindi) कर देना चाहिए. पैन कार्ड सरेंडर करने के लिए आपको कहीं जाने की जरूरत नहीं है. आप घर बैठे इसे ऑनलाइन सरेंडर कर सकते हैं. पैन कार्ड सरेंडर करने का प्रोसैस नीचे दिया गया है.
– सबसे पहले NSDL की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html पर जाएं.
– इसमे Application Type में Changes of Correction in Existing PAN Data/Reprint of PAN Card (No Changes in existing PAN Data) को चुनें.
– इसमें एक फॉर्म खुलेगा जिसमें आपको अपनी पर्सनल डीटेल जैसे नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, एड्रेस आदि देना होगा और जिस PAN Card को आप सरेंडर करना चाहते हैं उसकी डिटेल्स देनी होगी.
– फॉर्म को सबमिट करने के बाद एक टोकन नंबर जनरेट होगा जो आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर मैसेज के जरिये आएगा.
– इसके बाद आपको Continue with PAN Application Form पर क्लिक करना होगा.
– अब नए पेज पर आपको Submit Scanned Image through e Sign ऑप्शन को सिलेक्ट करना होगा. यहाँ आप अपने पैन कार्ड की डीटेल फिल करें और फिर अपनी पर्सनल डीटेल फिल करें.
– इसके बाद आपको उस पैन कार्ड की डीटेल देनी है जिसे आप सरेंडर करना चाहते हैं.
– सभी जानकारी भरके अपने फॉर्म को सबमिट कर दें.
आपको ईमेल और मैसेज के माध्यम से इसकी जानकारी मिल जाएगी और कुछ ही दिनों में आपका पैन कार्ड सरेंडर हो जाएगा. इस तरह आप घर बैठे अपना पैन कार्ड सरेंडर कर सकते हैं और जुर्माना भरने से भी बच सकते हैं.
आप सोच रहे होंगे कि आपके दो पैन कार्ड कैसे बन जाते हैं. तो कई बार ऐसा होता है कि आप नए पैन कार्ड के लिए अप्लाई करते हैं और वो थोड़े दिन तक नहीं आता और आप एक और पैन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन कर देते हैं. ऐसे में NSDL के पास दोनों आवेदन पहुँच जाते हैं और NSDL दो पैन कार्ड बना देता है. वहीं दूसरी तरफ कई लोग अपनी जानकारी में हेर-फेर करके लोन आदि के लिए दो पैन कार्ड बनवा लेते हैं.
