जन औषधि केंद्र खोलने के लिए आपको रिटेल ड्रग सेल करने के लाइसेंस जन औषधि केंद्र के नाम से होना चाहिए. जो व्यक्ति जन औषधि केंद्र खोलना चाहता है वह जन औषधि केंद्र योजना की वेबसाइट (http://janaushadhi.gov.in/online_registration.aspx ) पर जाकर फार्म डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं. इस फॉर्म को भरकर आप ब्यूरो ऑफ फार्मा पब्लिक सेक्टर अंडरटेकिंग ऑफ इंडिया के जनरल मेनेजर के नाम से भेजना होगा. इसके बाद सरकार की ओर से आपको जन औषधि केंद्र के लिए चुना जाएगा.
